What's the minimum commitment for a Galaxy Maintenance retainer?

Your retainer includes a dedicated number of hours each month (8, 16, or 40, depending on your plan). I'll track the time spent on your design requests, and any unused hours typically do not roll over to the next month, as the retainer secures my availability for your brand within that specific period.

How do the monthly retainer hours work?

No problem! If a project or a rush request exceeds your monthly retainer hours, we can discuss the additional work. This will usually be billed at a separate, pre-agreed hourly rate, ensuring you always have the support you need to keep your brand's engines running.

What if I need more design work than my retainer hours cover in a specific month?

Communication varies by package, with higher tiers offering dedicated channels and priority care. I aim for clear, efficient communication with all clients. Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the request and your package's priority level, but we'll discuss realistic deadlines for each design mission.

What kind of communication can I expect, and how quickly will I get my designs?

While I can advise on content structure and optimal length for designs, creating original written content like social media captions, blog posts, or extensive ad copy is typically outside the scope of these retainer packages.
